Morden Hall Park
The River Wandle has been greatly enhanced by the Dept of the Environment's work to clean up this waterway, restoring it to the condition it enjoyed in the Middle Ages.  Many parks may be found along its banks, and even restored mills such as the one pictured, the Snuff Mill at Morden Hall Park, and Abbey Mills, South Wimbledon, with its thriving market, restaurants, and theatre.
